Information:

Architectural bureau SPeeCH was established in 2006 and today it is run by the three architects the three bright personalities, combination and complementarity of the professional and personal qualities probably determine their success formula. Sergey Choban is the architect whose work is based on a careful study of European cities traditions and "genetic code" of an area, Pavel Shaburov is a geatly experience urban planer and Sergey Kuznetsov is one of the first Moscow professionals in the field of three-dimensional computer graphics architecture, the designer with very open and fresh look at the world and talented leader. They are totally different but they believe it is not so important to have a common background but it is more essential to be able to listen to each other and maintain an adequate creative dialogue. Tchoban, Kuznetsov and Shaburov apply it excellently and this is finely shown in the published in monograph interview with these three architects by Alexei Muratov. It is printed on twenty pages, the partners talk about their co-work, organization of the creative process and business, economic crisis impact on their work, their thoughts on the architecture. SPeeCH founders prefer urban design approach to volume projects and are confident that truly viable and durable buildings are only based on principles of architectural and compositional unity. This is proved by the book with the projects clearly demonstrating the constructive urban development approach of SPeeCH. Some monograph sections show the public and retail-entertainment centers, residential and mixed-use complexes.
