Studio of A.Asadov have recently designed for Sochi one of their most daring and even most fantastic projects – hotels-islands raised upon supports above the water surface. These complexes are able to compete with the project of “Federation Islands”, plus solve a number of issues of the resort and future Olympic Games city. Recently the Town Planning Department of Cheboksary city passed the reconstruction project of territory of research and production complex “Elara”, designed by A.A. Asadov's architectural studio. In Cheboksary city there will be built a modern technopolis which will gather science laboratories and processing departments with as “green” architectural solution as possible.

On “Arabia-Expo” exhibition organized in Moscow in autumn, architects from A.Asadov’s studio showcased their most fantastic projects, including those designed for the Middle East. One of them is the conceptual project “Aerohotel”, a parking station for flying hotel-dirigible. It will be placed in the height of a 14-story building over the Persian Gulf.

Name of the project of a village in area by Moscow “Zhemchuzhina Il’inki” [Pearl of Il’inka] is not just a metaphor. The settlement is designed alike to a shell with a “pearl” inside – here the architectural image totally accords with village's name. When people attracted by advertising will come here they will see a “real pearl in a real shell”.

The studio of A. Asadov is finishing the project of a new residential accommodation on Nakhimovsky prospect. The architectural solution is derived directly from the specific of the site. Struggling with underground difficulties the architects had to lift the two buildings, connected by the two sylobates, on 8 meters over the ground turning the giant complex into a kind of fairy-tale “flying ship” with the two towers-mast and glass sails
