Within the "Russia Factory" project "Studio 44" was working on the regeneration concept of “Proletarsky Avangard”cotton factory. The architects connected its territory with the water system of Vyshny Volochyok by a new channel, after reconstruction the former production will turn into a small Venice.

The Dutch UN Studio is designing a theatre for his troupe within the “European Embankment” city block, and in Lisa Chaikina street everything is ready for construction the Dance Academy, designed by “Studio 44” architectural studio.

July 2010 there will be started construction of a new railway station in Sochi, one of the main passenger terminals of the forthcoming Olympic Games 2014, which will provide communication between Adler, Krasnaya Polyana, the international airport and Abkhazia. The architectural image of the facility was designed by “Studio 44”, they developed it considering landscape peculiarities and traditions of the seaside architecture.

The architectural studio "Studio 44" designed a new treatment and rehabilitation complex for one of the most well-known St. Petersburg medical institutions - Federal Heart, Blood and Endocrinology Centre in the name of V.A. Almazov. There will be conducted cardiac surgery and hemo transplantation. An uncommon architectural solution was found for a uniquely equipped center.

Last year the architectural workshop "Studio 44" completed construction of a new office complex in the very heart of St. Petersburg. It is hard to find a spare area in the density of streets neighboring to the Alexander Nevski Square, for this reason the business center was attached to one of the existing buildings. The new architectural hybrid became a new sight of Telezhnaya streets.

Last year, in March, results of the international contest on the best architectural and town-planning solution of “European Embankment” in St. Petersburg were resumed. One of the most interesting was the project by "Studio 44" which created the image of a new city-block combining the features of three different epochs.

In May “Studio-44” got a new office, a 3 storey building in Manezhny pereulok, with a built-up 2 level mansard. It is significant for its interior with bare interior rafter system of glued wood. Critics have already compared it to an inverted Viking boat. The project received the Bronze diploma at “Zodchestvo-2009” festival.

Contest on the reconstruction project of the famous Apraksin Dvor in St. Petersburg became one of the most famous in architectural life of 2007. Journalists readily covered opposition of the two major players of the game: Glavstroy and Russian Land development corporations. Must admit the concepts paled beside such factors and were rarely highlighted in media. While there were interesting project among them, including the one by "Studio 44". Their concept preserves the historical structure of Apraksin Dvor and enriches it with new features.

Mikhailovskaya dacha or Mikhailovka manor is one of the pearls in the necklace of the palace and park ensembles of the Great Peterhof road. It is a historical and cultural monument of federal significance and is the nearest neighbor of Konstantinovsky Palace. The last, a few years ago turned into the Palace of Congresses, probably, suggested the city authorities scenario for Mikhailovka recovery from the ruins. Under the project of architectural bureau "Studio 44" there will be constructed Graduate School of Management campus on the basis of manor of the Grand Duke Michael Nikolaevich.
