A. Asadov’s studio has been developing projects of the two retail and business complexes, in Tumen and Lipetsk. The have similar typologies, both consist of a retail centre and office tower, and their images are different: one is sharp, angular, mobile, the second is composed and quiet, plastery, compact. Name of the project of a village in area by Moscow “Zhemchuzhina Il’inki” [Pearl of Il’inka] is not just a metaphor. The settlement is designed alike to a shell with a “pearl” inside – here the architectural image totally accords with village's name. When people attracted by advertising will come here they will see a “real pearl in a real shell”.27.06.2008

Project of Olympic training school carries on the line of schools with cheerful architecture started by board school in Kozhuhovo. This is a conglomeration of various constructions, a fan of architectural ideas – as always bright and at the same time answers the peculiarities of urban and nature environment. Project of the city block in microdistrict "Uzhny" in Domodedovo combines free arrangement of an English garden where picturesque parkways stretch along the banks of small rivers – and in an equal measure some classical and popular form of round houses. The studio of A. Asadov is finishing the project of a new residential accommodation on Nakhimovsky prospect. The architectural solution is derived directly from the specific of the site. Struggling with underground difficulties the architects had to lift the two buildings, connected by the two sylobates, on 8 meters over the ground turning the giant complex into a kind of fairy-tale “flying ship” with the two towers-mast and glass sails29.01.2008
Elena Petukhova. From monumentality to media
In the place of the existing Cheremushkinsy market there will be a modern retail and entertainment complex with a rounded building above with offices and hotel, and a panoramic restaurant on the upper level. The hotel’s façade will be turned into a huge screen that consists of led-lights.21.12.2007
