Anna Gerasimenko. Within the bounds of high density

Nearby “Smolenskya metro” the architects of ADM bureau designed a residential complex with total space of 60000 sq m. But despite this impressive number and extreme narrowness of the site, the architects made a comfortable environment for all future dwellers: riverfront, pedestrian outdoors, barbecue on a roof.

Green spaces are very valuable in large cities. ADM bureau project of a mixed-use complex which includes a hotel, apartments and office spaces is being completed within one of such "oases" in Moscow, on the bank of Khimkinsky water basin.

Natalia Koriakovskaia. The tamed whirlwind

Recently the architectural bureau ADM has been working on rather complex and unusual project – reconstruction of a commercial apartment building of the beginning of 20th century into ultra-modern "A" class office building. The main difficulty is requirement to save the historical façade while full changing of the "inside" according to the last technical requirements. Uniqueness is in treatment of "modern part", in the very core of which there is hidden curved and sparkling with different colors glass atrium.

Due to unique construction of façade that changes its color, and to transparent consoles-“shopwindows” extended from body of the building, the new car dealer centre, ADM studio’s project, may become a significant object among modern buildings that have appeared behind Moscow Ring Road for the past years.

Illusive simplicity that has plenty of nuances, details, gives certain attractiveness and charm to the house.

This building welcomes trains. Its place – to the left from the railways at the Kyrskaya station, is currently occupied by a compressors’ plant that is to be removed from downtown in order to give way to office- and shopping centre
New image of plaster

Julia Tarabarina. New image of plaster

Projecting this house, architects wished to comprehend figurativeness of front plaster in a new fashion. The result has grown from denying: the surface does not reveal, and "eats" an unloved material, transforming it in something other, in similarity with the pierced by a wind a skeleton of a calcareous rock
