Julia Tarabarina. Three faces of an office building
The new office centre, ‘Hermitage Plaza’, combines perfectly the careful approach to the context with a range of technological and recent façade design methods.

The description
It is located in the center of a business life of Moscow, on Sadovoe Koltzo (in immediate proximity from stations of underground Majakovskaja,Novoslobodskaia and Ztvetnoy Bulvar). "Hermitage Plaza" represents office complex of a class A and shows the European approach to realization of the project.
"Hermitage Plaza" consists of three buildings with a total are of 42 000 square meters, with a uniting underground parking.
Building 01 - the rented area - 24 000 square meters
Building 02 - the rented area - 2 300 square meters
Building 03 - operating office building the area nearby 3 500 square meters.
The complex designed on the basis of the advanced architectural and engineering decisions, sets new standards of working space in the center of Moscow.
This project is an example of the new construction in the territory of the enterprises deduced from the city centre, in this case - a factory «Tizpribor».
