description:
Complex consists from two parallel 4 section cases of 5 and 7 floors with 73 apartments, connected by cross-section blocks. Owing to it the suite of the open internal court yard-atrium is formed. The regularity of planning structures finds the response in the rhythmic organization of street and domestic facades. In the underground part of the garage, on a ground floor of the western case - a zone of leisure is located. Ground floors of east block borrow two-level apartments with separate inputs and individual garages. In all apartments the glazed terraces are stipulated. External furnish - high-quality plaster and a ceramic tile.
