Julia Tarabarina. Crystal structure

This building is like a huge crystal which is developing under the inner rules set by the module of its crystal structure. This allows it react quickly on all the restrictions of location, not changing and not losing its crystal appearance

Office building on Sadovoe ring nearby the Kursk railway station was developed for tax inspectorate and tax police, but while they were designing the project, tax police was dissolved. The northern half of the building transformed into rented office...   more

The administrative complex by a total area of 87462 ì2 is located in a zone of town-planning regulation of building. The complex consists from 8-10th  floor building on street the Zemlanoi Val, 16th  floor case on Putejskom Tupik and 11th floor case on Sadovom Tupik. From the site of depot of Moscow rail way the complex is adjoined by 4 floor parking place. Under the cases 1,2 and 3 two level underground parking places are stipulated. The socle and first elevated floors of 1 and 2 cases in a zone of crossing with the river Chernogrjazkoj are cut by arches. The lobby of an input is located in a ground floor from the site of atrium. The complex has the developed structure of household and sports service: small market, a hairdressing salon, zones of rest, dining rooms, a universal sports hall with accompanying premises, an exercise room, the improving block.
