Vsevolod Medvedev was born in 1974 in Moscow. In 1997, he graduated from Moscow Architectural Institute – MARKHI. In 1997-2002, Vsevolod worked in “Mosproject-2”, in Studio ¹2 headed by Dmitry Solopov.
In 2003, together with Zurab Bassaria, Mikhail Kanunnikov and Oleg Medinsky, Vsevolod founded the architectural firm “4izmerenie” (“Fourth Dimension”).
Assistant professor at Moscow Architectural Institute – MARKHI.
A member of the Union of Moscow Architects, Union of Moscow Artists, the winner of the golden diploma of Moscow architectural festival “Zodchestvo 2002”, “Golden Section 2004” prize, as well as other Russian and international competitions.
Since 2016, Vsevolod Medvedev is the Vice-President of the Union of Moscow Architects.
