Stained-glass windows are intended for accommodation of the centralized advertising the Trading Complex which will be solved in uniform style and to coordinate with shape of a building. The wide concrete parapet emphasizing integrity of the volume, unites a facade on all length with 30- meters peak of  the western facade and becomes isolated 20 meters  pylon of the main entrance in banquet halls. Near to this input 2 glass prisms penetrating all floors of a building and leaving on a roof settle down. The panoramic lifts, the closed viewing platforms, cafe and restaurants are situated in there , and on the top level - halls of solemn ceremonies will be placed. Under the peak a front entrance - two open viewing platforms. Bottom, solved in the form of 30 meter console, in a warm season it can be used under the open restaurant.
