If there was a list of last year’s most notable architectural premiers, it would definitely include the building of the bank “Saint Petersburg” built by “Eugene Gerasimov and Partners” in cooperation with “nps tchoban voss” and “SPEECH Choban and Kuznetsov” on Saint Petersburg’s Malookhtinsky Avenue. Recently, the architects completed their work on the interiors of this project – the updated solutions are aptly added with the photos of Saint Petersburg’s major banks.

Architectural studio SPEECH has almost completed draft design of the first stage of the new residential districts on Pyatnitskoe highway. Its blocks will be built up with multisection houses, notably all the entrances are designed by different architects thereby the living environment becomes rich and diverse.

The new building, designed by SREECH studio is located at the cross of Udaltsova street and Leninsky avenue. Truly, a rare example when an object is situated along one of the main routes in the capital and it does not occupy the entire construction territory, but gives most of it to the landscaping. From the town-planning point such tactfulness is logical and reasonable, only it’s a pity in modern Moscow we have to point out this fact but not take for granted.
