description:
3-4 storey building of a complex forms an atrium around of which the trading area is planned. An atrium divides the volume into 2 parts.
The first - the glazed volume with an inclined roof. The second part leaving on street Klochkova and residential area, represents deaf volume with a minimum quantity of glassing and a flat roof.
External furnish - a facing brick of dark brown color and the facing panel « Allyko-the Bond » of the grey color, the glazed surfaces of northern and southern facades are executed in the form of rigel facades.
The western inclined facade is designed in the form of structurally-silicon surface without external facing structures (double-glazed windows are executed in the form of step designs and are connected to the basic frames on silicon basis).
