Archisource presents Drawing of the Year 2020! Our second annual competition is celebrating the creative talent and extensive variety of drawings that are created around the world each year. We very much welcome those from all arts and design industries not just architecture!
This year we are collaborating with a number of exciting partners to provide a collection of prizes worth £4,750 (triple the value of last year!!) The prizes include beautifully crafted physical awards designed by The New Raw, designer furniture by Case, an Innovator 16 Pen Display and an Artist Display 13.3 Pro (Holiday Edition!) graphics tablets by XP Pen, brand new ‘Rebelle 4’ software licenses, creative books by gestalten, a huge supply of art and design materials by London Graphic Centre, edding and Pink Pig, with designer bags by QWSTION to carry it all! At Archisource we truly believe in the power of drawings to communicate and represent more than what you see on the surface and we are excited to judge an array of innovative and high quality work. The aim of this competition is not necessarily to produce new work (unless you want to) but to celebrate the drawings you have already created this year.
Whilst the prize value has tripled, we have kept the entry fee at the same low price as last year. We don’t agree with competitions that charge students huge entry fees and are trying to maintain what we believe to be a fair price to be accessible to all.
