На конкурс принимаются идеи по созданию в Брюсселе дома искусств, где будут проходить выставки, воркшопы, разнообразные встречи и дискуссии. Новое здание должно деликатно вписаться в историческую городскую застройку, обогатить ее, стать одним из символов города.
