A Vision of the Future: Heath Park design competition
Конкурс посвящен обновлению бизнес-технопарка Heath Business в британском городе Ранкорн. Большинство существующих там построек относятся к 60-м и 70-м годам прошлого столетия. Но цель – не просто заменить старые здания на новые и современные. Нужно создать устойчивую среду, отвечающую запросам завтрашнего дня, обеспечивающую здоровье и благополучие работающих здесь людей и города в целом.

The RIBA has launched the 'Vision of the Future' competition to reimagine The Heath Business and Technical Park in Runcorn, Cheshire. This competition is sponsored by SOG Ltd, the owners and operators of The Heath Business and Technical Park, and aims to help redefine the site, shaping the future of how we live and work, and creating a sustainable and futuristic environment.
This competition initially seeks non site specific conceptual ideas for the design of future workplaces, living spaces and external spaces, and how they relate to one another. SOG is particularly interested in ideas that promote health and happiness and eradicate loneliness and poverty; a model development that can be replicated and applied anywhere, that places the health and wellbeing of a living, working community at its core.
This RIBA competition will be organised in to two phases:
Phase One will create ‘A Vision of the Future’
Phase Two will develop a response to the site, based on the ideas put forward in Phase One
The competition is open to design professionals and students.
