В 2021 сербский город Нови-Сад станет европейской культурной столицей. В связи с этим в городе проводятся многочисленные реконструкции, реализуются проекты благоустройства. Участникам предстоит разработать концепции по созданию небольших общественных пространств. Для работы можно выбрать один из четырех предложенных участок. Победителей определят по каждому из них.

Numerous improvements and reconstructions of public spaces, the so-called New Places, where citizens can gather and organise cultural events, are part of the preparations for 2021, when Novi Sad will be the European Capital of Culture.
On that occasion, the ‘Novi Sad 2021’ Foundation launches the urban-design call for improvement of small public spaces called the ‘New Places’ on 22 August 2019. The expert public can submit its ideas and projects by 3 October. All professional legal and natural persons have the right to participate – this includes architects, urban planners, landscape architects as well as students in these fields.
