В этом году перед участниками конкурса стоит задача разработать BIM-модель общественно-культурного центра для района Пирамид в пригороде Парижа. Четвертое по счету состязание поднимает более сильный, чем раньше, вопрос городского и социального контекста. Жюри будет оценивать качество архитектурного решения, а также актуальность выбранного метода BIM-проектирования.
The edition 2019 offers to the candidates to think about the creation of a socio-cultural center, that would be (virtually) built on the Northern Caravelle terrain located in the heart of the Pyramids’ district in Évry-Courcouronnes. The candidates will have to design the digital information modelling of one or many buildings.
The BIM objects of the sponsor manufacturers of the competition will have to be included in the digital model.
The requirements of the program for the socio-cultural center have been created by the architects of Polantis with the approval of the City of Évry-Courcouronnes.
The publisher of BIM objects, Polantis joined forces with Évry-Courcouronnes to propose to the candidates to work on a mythic site: the district of the Pyramids. Candidates will have to deliver a digital model of a socio-cultural center.
The 4th edition raises more strongly than before the question of the urban and the social context: what kind of architecture for which site? Which programmatic proposal for which district? What proposition for accompanying the renovation of a “housing development”?
