На конкурс принимаются дизайн-проекты светильников любого типа (настенных, настольных, напольных) и из любых материалов. Тема состязания в этом году – «Баланс». Участники делятся на три категории: студенты, начинающие специалисты и профессионалы. Победителя определят в каждой из них.
L A M P aims to introduce a broader audience to lighting design while promoting and connecting emerging talents to new markets. Each year the competition challenges designers to approach their lighting fixtures with the guidance of a theme. Competition Finalists from around the world are showcased at the L A M P Opening Reception in Vancouver, BC.
Moving into our 5th year of the competition & exhibition, we have decided to extend the overall timeframe... We are very excited to announce that L A M P is evolving from our annual competition & event to a biannual format. This will provide designers time to fully execute their designs and prototypes for the entry deadline & exhibition.
