The Hiedanranta district of Tampere - international ideas competition
Конкурсантам предстоит разработать концептуальные планы по созданию нового района под названием Хиеданранта в финском городе Тампере. Территория расположена на берегу озера Нясияври. Сегодня здесь находятся исторические постройки и неиспользуемые промышленные здания. Необходимо не только разработать функциональное наполнение района, но и предложить оригинальное визуальное решение.

In the Hiedanranta international ideas competition, the competitors are tasked with designing a comprehensive plan for the area on the conceptual level - a vision for the future of the area. The plan should present a high-quality area, both functionally and in terms of the cityscape. In the coming years, the area’s development will be steered based on the material generated as a result of the competition.
The competition is open to natural and juridical persons from all countries. The hope is for the participants to form design teams with diverse expertise in land use, architecture and landscape architecture, as well as traffic engineering, community development, construction and energy engineering, and city vitality.
