In this issue, we are publishing the works of the finalists and other participants of the closed tender for the design concept of the HQ's of "Sportmaster" and "O’stin" companies that, at the decision of the judging panel, was extended by one month.
The contest for the design concept of "Sportmaster" and "O’stin" companies was to end on the 15th of December by the selection of the contest winner. However, the judging panel prolonged the competition by another month, choosing the three finalists and organizing a second round of the competition.
The finalists of the contest are: UNK project (Russia), "Reserve" (Russia) and Aukett Swanke (Great Britain). Among the projects that did not get short-listed, there are: "Architectural Dialogue with the Megalopolis" (Russia), Massimiliano Fuksas Architecture sarl (Italy) + Mosproject-2 (Russia), Eller + Eller Architekten (Germany), and Willen Associates Architekten (Germany).
We will remind you at this point that the contest started September 10 2014. The purpose of this closed competition was obtaining the architectural concept of a complex of two administrative buildings for the HQ of the company "Sportmaster" (Business Sport), and the HQ of the company "O’stin" (Business Casual) in Moscow located at the address: 3rd Magistralnaya Street, 18. The customer was "Sportmaster" Group, the developer was the company "Vysota" ("Height"). The contest took place with the support of Moskomarkhitektura.
