The architects Anastasia Leonidova and Roman Leonidov have completed the interior project for the restaurant «Gastronomica Fish» - first gastronomic boutique specializing in fish dishes in Moscow.

The main idea of the new restaurant is its gastronomic specialty. The "fish" theme, as well as marine, is shown everywhere. Wave textured wall plaster, blue glass bar, striped chairs and linen textiles – these carefully selected details create the image of a sea coast inviting to relax and have a leisurely meal. However, the seafood is the main here. Fish is the first thing a visitor sees entering the new restaurant. There is a 10 meter bar with an open showcase for seafood at the entrance. The bar counter is designed by Roman Leonidov and Anastasia Leonidova, they chose Bi Glass systems for the project. The architects applied prints of quotes by famous people on the glass facades so that this interior item fascinating for its size and strictness of lines wouldn’t look just like a showcase. In total, the restaurant «Gastronomica Fish» has three halls - the main (arranged around this bar counter-showcase) and two small ones, for parties up to 12 people or a private dinner for two. Floors are made of natural cleaving stone and their layered structure creates an expressive texture of the surface, resembling waves washing up on the sand.
