Thus the composition of the entire complex is arranged around the cross of the two rectangular axes - along Savvinskaya embankment there appears a two-level public, perpendicularly from Bolshoy Savvinovsky side street there is thrown a two-level pedestrian esplanade. Maximum use of territory made it possible it increase the public area, as well as the planted area, and due to the release from transport made it possible to include various infrastructural objects directed to Savvinskaya embankment.
