The first striking thing is the modest and yet very noble appearance of the building. We are used to see different headquarters of oil and gas. There is really nothing pretentious or showy in its appearance, only careful examination of the object will tell you here the money has been invested in quality and innovative architectural solutions. Due to finely estimated scaling and combination of elements, the building looks different from different distances. From the distance the first thing you notice is the twinning of windows in tall and narrow vertical blocks (1.35 m wide and 6 m high) and due to this the volume is visually grouped extremely tight. This is a scale of large highway; for those who see the building from rushing traffic. Echo of the traffic flow is reflected in the wavy ledges on the main façade, they add sculptural plasticity to the ordinary parallelepiped. The architects do not make it a secret that bay windows are used mainly to enlarge the space of the complex, but they managed to soften and mask the dictate of commerce by unique wavy shape contrasting with the general appearance of construction. At that the "wave" is not static: bay windows are shifted relative to each other and from the distance they resemble a giant piece of fabric trembling in the wind.
