TPO "Reserv" join the project on developing the image of the Ryabushinsky’s factory, the largest and most known companies of Vyshny Volochyok. Architects turned The former textile manufacturing into the Museum of the world knowledge and techno-entertainment park.

In the end of the XIX century, the dyeing and bleaching factory belonging to the Ryabushinsky i family was one of the main in the country, mostly due to it Vyshny Volochyok was one of the Russian textile industry leaders. Though most buildings constructed by Fedor R Ryabushinsky are no longer used, they are, fortunately, good enough and still amaze with their scales and austere industrial beauty. The main factory construction survived best is the 260meter 4-storey volume of the red brick, its inner structure, in particular, bearing walls spacing, finely keep with modern requirements to a hotels and loft plan, so the architects were sure about the new function of the building. The bleaching section was in worse condition, almost ruined, but the authors decided not to demolish it, but on the contrary, they wanted the dialogue of two historic buildings to be the main in the project concept. After the reconstruction of the lost external facades the dyeing and bleaching factory itself will turn into a 3 star hotel with a museum of the Ryabushinskys Dynasty and the history of textiles. With the main building, housing 4 star hotel and a boutique hotel, it will be connected by a pedestrian gallery on the level of 2 storey. The theme of hanging is actively developed in the project, almost all the pedestrian ways on the complex territory are arranged accordingly (except the main circular route). Ground remained vacant was used quite unexpectedly, at least for a city dweller, it is planted with flowers, vegetables, fruits and berries. "When I first visited Vyshny Volochyok, I was struck by the number of dachas and gardens, broken right around the factory – recollects Vladimir Plotkin. - I realized I need to support the hardworking people here and emphasize the importance of their work. So the planting in the project is representing today Vyshny Volochyok . Besides they help to visually integrate the new facility into the fabric of the city. " In addition, comparison with a fabric here is fine, flower beds and vegetable patches create a peculiar "textile" pattern.
