Glass volumes of eight- and twelve-storey are like planes of composite crystal dynamically ran in each other. The joint corner is hovering in the air. There the building fronts the red line of the crossroad and shapes the cantilever. It is mirror reflecting balanced with a two-storey triangle of construction’s stylobate part extending the bounds of the main building.
The composition is maintained with contrast of neoconstructivist glass block with rounded corners and radiant panels (alternative lightning) of different length scattered on the façade. The panels are mated with small constructivist volumes in metal cladding with acute angles. Continuous stained glass window on the main part of the construction provides natural lighting to office spaces. That is very important for 32 meters of building’s construction. The rest of space is acquired for a supermarket, restaurant, recreation center & sport. An underground parking area and a plaza in the basement are in the project. Functionality, rationality, art of simple forms is all-in-one.
