4-star-category tourist settlement facility in Prcanj
Цель конкурса – выбрать лучшее архитектурное решение для четырехзвездочного отеля, который планируется построить в Прчани (Черногория). Проекты должны быть выполнены в соответствии с конкурсным заданием и с учетом требований к отелям такого уровня. Участникам необходимо провести анализ туристического потенциала территории и предложить эффективную функциональную организацию комплекса. Также приветствуется использование технологий устойчивого развития.

The development of the Conceptual architectural and urban solution of 4-star-category tourist settlement facility on the urban lots UP26 and UP138, within the scope of Detail Urban Plan ,,Prcanj'', the Municipality of Kotor.
Competition work must be done according to the Programme task and the other annexes which are an integral part of the competition material. Competition work must fulfill all the other conditions provided by this Competition announcement.
The objective of the competition is the selection of the best and most expedient Conceptual architectural and urban solution which, with its applied solutions, will:
evaluate the total potential of the space and tourist settlement as a whole in the most efficient manner,
provide architectural form with quality defined function,
ensure effective functional organization in accordance with the purpose and ensure hospitable product in accordance with the standards and the position of the facility
recognize and upgrade the existing architectural and landscape context in a quality manner,
