Biography:
1955 – born in Moscow  in the family of the airman
1963–1973 – studies at secondary school.
1967–1973 – studies at school of design, Krasnopresnensky district, Moscow
1973–1979 – studies at Moscow  Institute of Architecture. Faculty of Residential and Public Buildings.
1979–1982  – architect of Central Scientific and Research Institute of Experimental Designing
 (TsNIIEP named after B.S. Mezentsev), Mark Bubnov’s workshop
1982 – 1986  – freelancer.  Job in KDOI, KMDI.
1986 – 1988 – Head of architectural group in Central Scientific and Research Institute of Experimental
Designing (TsNIIEP named after B.S. Mezentsev) in the team of A.D. Larin
1988–1990  – chief architect of projects in architectural and art bureau “PROJECT”. Chief E.Pozharsky
1990–1995 – chief architect of projects in  SP MDK “ARKSIM” with A.D. Larin, S.V.Grishin, E.V.Pozharsky
1995–2002 – chief architect of projects of the company “Sergey Kiselev & Partners”
2002–p.t. – president  of the company «SERGEY SKURATOV ARCHITECTS»
